Others are NATIONAL, privately held corporations and make their financial information available to a Buyer or Owner through provisions in their Lease Agreements. 

Others are NATIONAL Franchisees who own multiple locations, some in the hundreds and some in the thousands who also provide their financial statements for review.

Restaurants are well-established in our way of life and are a predictable industry.

National and regional restaurants, both corporate owned and franchised, have established brand recognition.

Restaurants have highly visible and very desirable locations.

Fast-food, family dining and casual dining restaurants are technology and recession resistant.

Demand is strong and increasing:  The restaurant industry has increased steadily for the past 10 years with sales over $399 billion annually (45.3 percent of each food dollar is spent in restaurants and estimated to increase to 53 percent by the year 2010.

Because of the ease of management and predictable long-range returns, these properties are ideal for 1031 exchanges and for investors who are moving out of management intensive properties such as apartment complexes or mobile home parks.
