I have valuable experience and insight into the market conditions.  My real estate career began in Southern California in 1969 as a Real Estate Salesman.  I started like most by selling residential properties and quickly moved into the investment field selling apartment buildings, industrial buildings and small shopping centers.

I gained experience in syndication of Investment Properties, Commercial Development and Consultation with Builders.  I owned and operated my own real estate appraisal company, Dwyer & Associates, for over 10 years before selling the business and relocating to Nevada.

I specialize in NNN Leased Commercial & Investment properties locally & nationwide and consummating 1031 Exchanges for Investors moving up or down in their real estate investment portfolio.

I primarily work on the Buyer side of a transaction representing ONLY Buyer Clients.  When one of my existing clients are ready to move OUT of one of their properties, I then work with them on the Seller side representing ONLY their interests in the transaction.

Cheryl has been licensed since 1972 in California and is a licensed Broker/Salesperson in Nevada.  She specializes in selling homes in the greater Las Vegas area.
